. The administrator at Northern Counties says negotiations with three parties vying for the Wigan-based bodybuilder could lead to the 190 creditors recovering most of the E2m owed to them. It says all the parties at least have some connections with the bus specialist's business.
The administrator was called in at the end of May last year.
