WEST YORKSHIRE PTE has taken delivery of the first of a batch of Leyland Tiger single-deck buses.
The Duple Dominant-bodied 47-seat vehicles are fitted with semicoach seats to allow use on private hire work.
The first 170bhp 11m bus was handed over to the chairman of West Yorkshire County Council public transport committee, Wayne Jenkins, by Duple Coachbuilders managing director Dick West. A further six buses will follow and a further 15 are to be delivered by the end of the year.
