Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ROAD HAULAGE Association national chairman Harold Russett has mounted an appeal with the express carriers group of the RHA to provide a fourwheel-drive vehicle for Princess Anne's Save the Children Fund in Kuala Lumpur.

Mr Russett has appealed to the group to donate the proceeds from the delivery of one parcel during the next month towards the fund. He advised CM this week that he has already accumulated £2,000 as a base to the fund.

Mr Russett stressed that donations were not exclusive to the express carriers group, and he would be pleased to receive donations from any road haulier at his business address at Premier Transport, Sussex Street, Bristol.
