• Mr Eldon Griffiths, Under-Secretary for the Environment, said in the Commons' that a Code of Conduct was being produced by his department' in conjunction with interested organizations to ensure loads were properly secured. He was answering a question about accidents occurring where heavy loads crash through the cabs of sharply braked vehicles.
