Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Southampton-based Transportatruck has a new design of front and rear-loading forklift truck carrier in its fleet.

It is based on an existing wheelbox trailer rebuilt and refurbished by Andover Trailers with a full-sized powered rear loading ramp. The semi-trailer's detachable neck section enables machines which are too wide to pass between the wheelarches to be loaded from the front.

When this is done the curtains cantilever outwards. To accommodate high-masted forklifts the rear roof section swings down out of the way.

The re-engineered trailer, which costs half the price of a new one, is pulled by a Mercedes Powerliner tractor.
