• A European Automotive Design competition is being staged by the Plastics and Rubber Institute at its Plastics on the Road1992 conference on 31 November-1 December at Solihull.
The event is sponsored by the Plastics Business group of Bayer to allow engineering and design teachers to present their students' work to vehicle manufacturers and specialists from the plastics industry.
