Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

HTC (Nottingham) Ltd, distributors of Koni vehicle lifts, is reducing prices for three of its heavy duty models.

The ten-tonne model (K04100) has been reduced from £6,536 to £5,990, the 14-tonne model (K04140) is now down from £8,850 to £7,925, and the 20tonne model (K04200) has been reduced from £11,623 to £10,255.

These prices include full installation but not lighting.

All three lifts have pneumatic locking mechanisms, adjustable tracks so that they can also accommodate light vans, and are available with approved Nenab jacking beams.

HTC believes the price reductions should appeal in particular to psv operators to help them cope with the new safety regulations due to come into force next year.

Fast delivery is a major aspect of HTC's operations, and it has been speeded up even further recently as new lifts are now kept in stock at its large Nottingham warehouse.

Koni lifts, together with all service contract if required an be obtained from HTC (Nottingham) Ltd branches of National Tyre Service (Garage Equipment) Ltd and over 450 approved dealers in the UK and Ireland.
