Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I WAS surprised to read Mr N. II) Hedgcock's letter in CMJune 13 regarding the blow-out of a Michelin tyre.

It is equally surprising to me that Michelin has not given him full satisfaction or a reason for the blow-out at such a low mileage.

We run 750 tyres, 50 per cent of which are Michelin. Very rarely do we have a blow-out or complaint in over two million miles per year, but when there i$ a problem Michelin give us complete satisfaction and, to the best of my knowledge, the same service exists countrywide and has done for all the 35 years of my experience.
