Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE INCREASED flexibility of a drawbar outfit has been extended to the "mini" level by South London haulier P. J. Godfrey with the use• of a specially designed two-axle unit which is towed by the company's Toyota Hiace and Ford Transit light vehicles.

The company specialises in moving small loads — and particularly those of high value—to any part of the country. For 10 years the company had been using singleaxled trailers, but with the addition of the two-axled unit vehicle handling has been much improved.

The trailer was built to the company's own specification by G. W. Elen of St George's Way, Peckham, and in spite of its very short wheelbase it is claimed to handle very well. Overrun brakes operate on both axles.

In the case of the Hiace the complete outfit can operate at a gross weight of 33 tonnes (3.26 tons) compared with the 23 tonnes (2.26 tons) of the Hiace running solo.

Overrun brakes on both axles are featured on the lightweight drawbar unit being operated by London haulier. P. J. Godfrey.
