Well 2001 started with a bit of a result didn't it? A rebate on the road fund licence for last year and a reduction on this year's (not forgetting that we did pay for it in the first place).
I'm not sure how the new 0-licence idea is going to work, expecting, or insisting if necessary, that someone with, say, six vehicles with an international licence will need £6,500 for the first vehicle and £3,500 for the rest So £24,000 sitting in your account will be required if asked. You have, however, got until October to save up... Happy days!
