Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WEEK'S 0.7p per litre iction in the price of comrci a 1 dery has been lenmed as too little in the imstances by the Freight isport Association.

mid tumbling oil prices, major oil companies have reduced their bulk dery vanrciund 0.7p per ,or 3p a gallon. Mobil reduced its retail diesel 0.78p a litre, followed BP's 0.9p a litre drop. ut the ETA is not satisfied that this reduction reflects the decline in Rotterdam spot market prices since mid-November, when the UK scheduled prices were last increased.

Since then, the Rotterdam spot price has fallen by around 3.75p per litre, but the UK net delivered price has only fallen by 2.25p a litre, the ETA argues.

It is urging the oil cornpanics again to review their UK prices as quickly as pos sible and to bring in another reduction of 1.5p per litre in order to maintain relativity with spot...price movements.

The Road Haulage Association has also welcomed the fall in prices, but also stresses that the reductions are not enough.

Meanwhile the mini price war, which will occur while the price of crude falls, could quickly come to an end if the pound's value continues to fall, one oil company said.
