Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association has, at the third attempt, found a truck manufacturer worthy of one of its security awards.

Last week Mercedes-Benz picked up the award from Home Office Minister Paul Boateng after beating three other truck manufacturers to the coveted prize. Two previous attempts to give away a security award failed after the BVRLA judges decided none of the entries matched the standards set by the car industry. But this year Mercedes won after submitting a standard Actros tractor.

All Actros and Atego models now feature immobilisers and much improved door locks as standard.

• Ford won the light CV award for the third year running.
