Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

a victim of truck crime. It may not get your truck or components back, but it should make life harder for the thieves attempting to use or sell your property. Hailsham,East Sussex-based scrap-metal merchant H Ripley is offering a £2,000 reward for the recovery of two Mercedes-Benz 3025 roll-on-off trucks which were stolen outside its yard on the morning of Friday 12 February. Manager Jason Ripley says the theft of the units, registrations F758 5HJ and F890 HVO, means that it cannot tender for large demolition contracts at present. It is left with one roll-on-off truck to cover all its ammenity site collections. It would be difficult to hire or buy replacements quickly. The two bright red trucks were stolen around 02:30hrs. They were fitted with Dutch Hyva rope lifts. They had bins on board and one was loaded with 2500 worth of scrap metal. Ripley says staff at a neighbouring firm heard the trucks ticking over for about 15min; he believes this was done to check for fuel cut-offs.

Both units were liveried in gold. Identification marks for the unit F758 5HJ are 42290920505785—engine and 61903425442491—chassis; and for F890 HVO, 42290920496945—engine and 61903425427867— chassis.
