Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RECOVERY men will have a choice of two shows this spring. The Association of Vehicle Recovery Operators is to hold a three-day conference and exhibition from May 11 to 13 at the Ladbroke Mercury Hotel, Warwick.

Octagon Recovery plans to hold an exhibition of recovery equipment and four-wheel-drive vehicles on May 4 and 5 at Queens Hall, Leeds.

Avro spokesman John Rogers said that the Warwick show would be on a smaller scale than previous events at Chateau Impney and the NEC. All the major manufacturers would exhibit, however.

Main talking points at the conference would be the position of recovery operators working on lorries covered by hazardous load regulations, and the rates paid by recovery clubs, he said.
