THESE two photographs show examples of Willer container I handling equipment recently delivered in this country. Mounted on a Foden six-wheel chassis (above) is the biggest Meiller unit yet built by Sheppard Fabrications Ltd.; it is the 12000 version which handles I4-cu. yd. containers and has a lifting capacity of 11 tons 12 cwt. at 20-tons-gross vehicle weight, with a hydraulic lifting capacity of II tons 17 cwt. This model was bought by W. C. Jones and Co. Ltd. and supplied through the Hazlemere Motor Co. (Waltham Abbey) Ltd.

The smaller Type 60011 unit mounted on a Bedford TK 7-ton chassis has just been supplied to the Derby Waste Disposal Co. Ltd. by Dominion Motors (Derby) Ltd. It handles containers ranging from 5-cu. yd. open skips to 8-cu. yd. closed units.
