has failed to resolve a furious dispute at the company's West Drayton depot (CM 14July).
Bardon now maintains it is not in dispute with its own employees, but with external contractors.
In June 45 hauliers took strike action for four days following the dismissal of three drivers after they were elected to the company's committee. Another 30 drivers were sacked for getting involved.
A meeting was organised with the RMT but a spokesman says:"Whatevermeeting was organised failed to resolve the situation and as far as I understand it there is no further meeting set up.We are talking about a very, very delicate situation."
