Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PNEUMATIC Power (UK) of Warrington, Cheshire has introduced a heavy duty pneumatic/manual commercial vehicle wheel puller. The WP51 wheel puller is the first puller that can be used manually or with a half inch square drive impact wrench to remove spigot mounted wheels.

The WP51 has been developed jointly by Pneumatic Power and a Swedish socket manufacturer and has already undergone rigorous tests with a number of tyre centres. The WP51 has adjustable multiposition arms operated by spring ball locked pins for quick and easy location, as opposed to nuts and bolts.

Pneumatic Power (UK) Ltd, Bewsey Industrial Estate, Warrington, Cheshire, WA5 5LH.
