Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WINCANTON CHILLED DISTRIBUTION, the specialist nationwide chilled and ambient distribution company within the Wincanton Transport Group, has appointed two senior executives.

Terrence Smith has joined as Northern area sales manager based at WCD's trans-shipment centre in Uttoxeter. Mr Smith was previously sales manager for Roadline. Before that was general manager of a car and commercial vehicle garage following 16 years with Atlas Express. He will be developing third party business in the north of England and Scotland.

Alan Spillett has been appointed project manager, a new role within WCD to develop the company's expanding fleet transfer and management operations. Before joining WCD Mr Spillett spent 25 years with Unigate, where he held a variety of positions culminating in regional sales and distribution manager for Unigate Chilled Distribution.

PETER SEPHTON, Plymouth City Transport's general manager, is moving later this year to become a director of South Yorkshire PTE.

Mr Sephton, who has been recognised as one of the bus industry's "high fliers", is to fill the vacancy created when SYPTE commercial director IAN SMITH became its director-general. He will not necessarily be styled commercial director when he joins around the beginning of November, as the three directors operate as a corporate board.

Before taking up the Plymouth post, Mr Sephton was general manager of Lincoln City Transport.

The third director at SYPTE is former Shadow Transport Secretary ALBERT BOOTH, who is treasurer of the Labour Party.
