The Isuzu used in this month's Tech Tips series was shown to us courtesy of ds owner, Ferrari Stainless Steel and Alloys which Is based around the corner from Ferndown Commercials, on the same Woolsbridge Industrial Estate at Three Le ed Cross.

As its name suggests, the company is a steel stockist and delivers sheet metal, tubing, pallet and stillage loads around the South Coast from Weymouth to Chichester. Since the firm bought it new in 1998 the NQR has covered more than 103,000km and left company owner Steve Ferrari more than happy with his purchase."Irs done all that we have asked of it, and been virtually trouble-free. Indeed," he reports, "we may buy another one later this year."

After his apprenticeship, Gillingham joined Ferndown four years ago. He's about to complete the sixth and final Isuzu training course via Coleville Training College.
