• Cumbria-based livestock haulier T Bell & Sons appeared at Carlisle Magistrates Court last week charged with nearly 100 tachograph, hours and record offences. The charges involve the company's two directors, Ian Geoffrey Bell and Mark Lesley Bell, and 11 others. The company, of Rose Hill Industrial Estate, Carlisle, entered no plea against the charges as the case was adjourned until 24 May.
