Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A £3.6 CONTRACT for the modernisation and improvement of engine test facilities at Shell Research Laboratories at Thornton-le-Moors, Cheshire, has been won by Autosense Equipment Ltd of Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Autosense has overall responsibility for the design, development, manufacture, installation and commissioning of a system including engine test beds and dynamometers.

The new facility, to be phased in from early 1982 will be, it is claimed, • the most comprehensive computerised test system for lubricant research and development in the UK.
