P&O ROADTANKS has expanded its wine and spirit-carrying capacity on the Continent by acquiring the Dutch haulage contractor, Transportonderneming Huizen BV.

The move will provide additional support to the existing P&O Roadtanks' wines and spirits road transport operations provided by BV Transportonderneming Hempenius-Stommel (operating as H&S Transport) of Barneveld, Holland.

P&O Roadtanks' fleet now consists of more than 1,400 vehicles, trailers and demountable tankers.
