Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SERIES of Freight Transport Association-associated Customs export control and documentation seminars has been extended to include four more venues at Oxford on May 12; Wembley, May 13; Leeds, May 14 and Liverpool, May 15.

The seminars will explain the new system of Customs control for the export of goods from the UK which comes into force on October 1.

Speakers will be from HM Customs and Excise and the five sponsoring organisations — The Association of British Chambers of Commerce, Confederation of British Industry, Freight Transport Association, SITPRO, and Croner Publications.
