Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Having survived the Turkish mountain roads on his trip to the Middle East, CM's lain Sherriff was just musing that every LDoY champion should be obliged to complete that section before qualifying for his cup, when up the road from Iran, heading homewards, came a truck with three finalist plaques on the front.

Behind the plaques, and at the wheel, was Maurice Carman, from Downham Market, Norfolk, an owner-driver who has been on trucks for around 16 years. Maurice was a finalist at Brameote in 71, 72 and 73 and he and lain held up a queue of vehicles in both directions while they nattered about a type of driving that seemed very far removed from that terrible road.
