Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LAST FRIDAY another new lucrative Anglo-Iranian activity was revealed to CM. A vehicle rental company in Lincoln phoned to say that they had an outfit abandoned in Iran. The hirer said that it had broken down, the driver had been forced to leave it and that the rental had been terminated in Iran. Shortly afterwards the rental company had a call from an English haulier offering to recover the outfit at a cost of £2,000. The cost of flying a driver to Iran is about £200 and the recognised running expenses excluding wages are about C350. Less than half the recovery quote.
