Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Hays Distribution has added 76 low-height Volvo FL6.18 tractors and 116 refrigerated semi-trailers to its fleet to service a new dedicated contract with Shell. They will be used to deliver ambient, chilled and frozen goods to Select shops at more than 940 Shell fuel stations across the UK.

The 23-tonne artics have a 3.3m overall height to allow access beneath the fuel station canopies. Modified fifth-wheel flitching and 70%-aspect tyres cut the FL6.18's frame height by 70mm; the Schmitz Cargobuli reefer bodies have a ceiling height of just 2.0m.

The semis also have Ray Smith foldaway tail-lifts, Frigoblock refrigeration equipment and two insulated partitions to maintain differing temperatures. 0 Hays is believed to have won a similar contract with British Petroleum.
