Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANOTHER £160,000 a year worth of contract business has been won by National Freight Consortium companies.

£100,000 of this goes to Tankfreight, which has secured a five-year contract to undertake round-the-clock bulk cement deliveries from Cemport's Gravesend, Kent processing plant to customers throughout the country, but mainly in South-East England.

Meanwhile North Western BRS, which becomes Northern BRS next weekend, has got a £60,000 a year five-year contract to maintain Hotpoint's 36 tractive units and 67 trailers based at its Manchester distribution centre.

This follows Hotpoint's decision to run all of its Scottish and Northern English distribution from Manchester.
