Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Cress Hands, Carmarthen-based NO Evans and Sons has specified 20 new Gray and Adams refrigerated trailers using self-steering rear axles and lifting front axles from SAF. The SAF Intr-adisc Plus systems were supplied by IMS of Loughborough along with Haacon S2000 Plus landing legs.

The NO Evans fleet of 13.6m tri-axle trailers is primarily engaged in transporting frozen and chilled products to supermarkets throughout the UK and continental Europe and the 20 new highstrength trailers were specifically designed for hanging meat.

The decision to use SAF running gear was based on the firm's previous experience with 12 other SAF-axled trailers put into service last year, according to NR Evans' Bedford area transport manager, Roger Noke.
