Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Do you think the RHA are making themselves look foolish by their unsubstantiated complaints About caravans ? Here are some equally unquantified remarks. It is possible that !the drivers complaining of delays were caught out after having a nap and were unable to make up time by speeding ?

If there were no caravans on the A9 in summer would there be no delays ?

Because a " commercial " drives for profit, does it mean his load of sweets and rubber ducks is essential ?

Road tax is for new roads and repair of old ones, both proportional to weight, not area.

I am frequently frightened by the bad behaviour of heavies exceeding the limit, 10ft from nose to tail, many improperly lit, dirty and belching smoke.
