LLANIGON PLANT Hire has been granted authorisation for two vehicles and one trailer at its site in Old Estate Yard, Velindre, Brecon. However, the arrangement is subject to the following conditions and undertakings: ● no vehicle is to be allowed to stand running overnight; ● a screen of trees around the part of the yard that overlooks nearby houses will be planted; ● there will be no maintenance or movement of any vehicle or trailer after the hours of 9pm between Mondays and Saturdays.
● there will also be no movement after 1pm on Sundays and no maintenance on Sundays and Bank Holidays. This is, however, with the exception of emergencies, which are to be notiied to the TC’s ofice within 48 hours of them happening.
● no maintenance or movement of any authorised vehicle or trailer before the hours of 7am from Mondays to Saturdays and before 9am on a Sunday. This is also with the exception of emergencies, which again should be notiied to the TC.
● the operator will provide the TC with three month’s original bank statements, as well as any other inancial documents, that show it has access to not less than £12,600. These will have to cover the months of October, November and December of this year.
