Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II Burton Group Distribution of Leeds has taken delivery of 40 Scania P931VIL R220 4x2 drawbar outfits, 16 drawbar trailers and 60 JC Payne swap bodies with five new P93114A 250 4x2 28-tonne GCW tractive units.

The Scanias are the basis of a dual-purpose fleet which will serve 1,600 retail outlets via six distribution centres. They have been supplied by Scania on a seven-year maintenance/contract-hire deal. The units will run at 15 tonnes for solo delivery work or 28 tonnes gross when coupled with centre-axle trailers.

Burton's new 25ft swap bodies are equipped for garments or pallet/stillage loads. Chassis and trailers have Ray Smith demount equipment; the rigids have 1.5-tonne Ratclifi tail-lifts.
