Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ESSO HAS published a directory to all its service stations in the UK selling diesel fuel.

Service stations are listed by town in alphabetical order. Each entry has the site's name, address (or the road number), opening hours, whether or not it is suitable for heavy goods vehicles, and information on which credit cards it accepts.

With some 1,750 of its 3,000 service stations in the UK already selling diesel, Esso claims this ratio puts it well ahead of any single brand competitor.

The directory is available, free of charge, from Esso stations, or from Eros Mailing Company, Central Way, Bedfont, Feltham, Middlesex.
