FRANK WOODWARD has been retained by Galcol Fleet Services (GFS) to advise on all aspects of fleet management and vehicle finance. In addition to having been a former managing director of the Plessey transport fleet, Mr Woodward was a columnist and occasional contributor to CM.

His new appointment is part of GFS's reorganisation which includes the appointment of a team of executives to develop existing business and expand into contract hire and leasing of all types of vehicle.

John Morris has joined the company as regional sales director. He has held various senior management positions in industry.
