Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

INNOVATE LOGISTICS has completed its plan to move into ambient logistics by signing a 10-year contract with Nestle to operate a 75,000-pallet flagship distribution centre.

The deal, described as a "huge win" by Innovate MD Pete Osborne, involves the transfer of the existingTDG workforce of 130 at the automated site in Bardon, Leics on 1 July.

The centre, acquired by Innovate on a sale-and-leaseback option, is being extended by 12,800m2 and will allow the company to handle a wide variety of Nestle's grocery, water and confectionary products.

"Innovate is a major service provider to the food industry and has for some time had a wish to be able to provide multi-temperature storage and transport solutions to manufacturers and retailers," Osborne adds.

"It has a long-standing relationship with Nestle for confectionery storage and for some time has had the necessary expertise and product knowledge to move into this sector. The excellent location of the site will immediately put it at a competitive advantage.

-Overall.we welcome the current team at the Bardon site to Innovate and the exciting employment opportunities the new facility provides." Innovate's relationship with Nestle in Scunthorpe will not be affected by this contract.
