Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN A member of the family which runs Britain's largest animal transport firm has been committed for crown court trial accused of defrauding the BSE cattle compensation scheme and perverting the course ofjustice.

Martin Gilder of Gliders Transport faces six charges of forgery and three of false accounting.

The charges stem from the purchase 01112 dairy cattle from a farm in Walsall. Gilder is alleged to have slaughtered most of the animals and claimed a 2200 subsidy on each by claiming they were all more than 30 months old—the age at which cows are banned from entering the human food chain due to BSE regulations.
