Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Utility International has bought a half-share in the Catterick-based trailer and body repair business Stanway Commercials, now to be known as Stanway-Grahams.

The new firm will continue to repair and refurbish any make of trailer or body, but will also build the range formerly produced by Grahams in Scotland, using an eight-bay workshop next to the Utility factory in Northallerton (Utility recently closed its Utility-Grahams Scotland plant). Barry Stanway, MD of Stanway-Grahams, explains that the welded-construction Grahams trailers will complement Utility's range of bolted-up trailers: "The Grahams rigid and semi-trailer body designs are well proven and are among the most respected in the industry."

The Northallerton plant will also be used to repair and refurbish Utility trailers; when CM visited the site last week, the firm was repairing a Swedish-owned Utility reefer which had been involved in an accident.

The riveted outer body panels had been removed and the injected foam insulation had been cut away, ready for new panels and a new, seamless injection of foam. The firm uses Utility's own tooling to ensure consistent dimensions.
