IEDWOOD Industrial Products .td. of Clevedon, Avon, who )rovide an energy conservation onsultancy service, have ecently added to their range of ndustrial aids the Redwood Vliser Re-cycler. It is a device vhich cuts down on energy )eing wasted in heating industial premises with high roofs, ;laims Redwood.
It is a far fitted in the roof irea, and when enough hot air rises there, a thermostat switches the fan on and recycles the heat back down to working levels, instead of allowing it to go to waste high out of reach. The unit is suitable in most normal situations but can be fitted with a panel filter for use in dust laden atmospheres or an electronic filter for use in atmospheres contaminated with fumes and smoke.
