A NEW axle weighing device which has been jointly developed by P and 0 Road Services and the National Freight Corporation is to go into service with the companies in two months time and could eventually be commercially available. News of this development was given by Mr Edward Haines a director of P and 0 Services Ltd during a public inquiry in Felixstowe last eek (see page 27).
