THE GLC plans to make the South Circular Road—A205—an urban clearway for the whole of its 16 miles from Kew Bridge to Woolwich.
Waiting restrictions would apply, with some exceptions, along the whole route from 8.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Loading would be prohibited during the same times at junctions but along the rest of the route only during peak hours-8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
