ENGTHS of up to 500-ft. are available with a new hose recently announced, by Goodyear Tyre and Rubber Co. (Great Britain), Ltd., Wolverhampton.
The new product is of tough abrasionresistant rubber, with a reinforcement of single-braid high-tensile rayon, which is said to provide a strength equivalent to a two-braid cotton hose and to give in addition greater flexibility with light weight.
