Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Its clear from the results that the Cheetah Aero System will save you money. Overall, the difference favours the Cheetah system by 18.1% compared with the standard tractor air management kit and unmodified trailer combination, providing further evidence that a little forethought in fleet specification can save you a fair amount of cash.

The best fuel-saving results produced 23.1% at 85km/h, which is 8% higher than at 80km/h. Even running at 64krn/h, fuel economy is cut by 11.6%. While it highlights major fuel savings for trucks covering long trunking distances, there is still significant savings to make for those vehicles having to use the A-road network.

The Cheetah system doesn't impinge on payload or load space, and there is a 30kg weight saving on the tractor with the AB Airflow system. What Cheetah does for the transport manager is provide a solution for both the tractor and the trailer in one stroke, reducing time and effort to address both products through different avenues.

Naturally, our testing at constant speeds negates the onroad stop/start of heavy traffic and working over hiliclimbs, plus, operators never run both ways with the same load, but 18.1% gives the operator an idea of what fuel, carbon footprint and money can be saved.
