Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

two new "Jumbo" size GRP Envoy vans to Cathay Pacific Airways, who operate from Gatwick Airport.

The chassisless construction vans, the largest cubic capacity straight baseframe model ever built by York Trailer, have an interior load height of 3.1m (10.21/4in) and capacity of 97cum (3434 cuft). The Envoys were designed specifically to carry extra large aluminium air cargo pallets on Cathy Pacific's new Boeing 747 Jumbo airliner.

Designed to maximise cargo space, the pallets measure 3m (118in) high by 2.4m (96in) wide by 3.2m (125in) long. The load is covered with polythene and secured with nets (stressed to 3g) tdo ring bolts fixed to the aircraft floor.

Up to 20 large pallets can be carried in the Jumbo on the main deck and up to 29 LD3 halfwidth containers specially designed for the lower deck of wide bodies aircraft, a total 30 tonnes cargo in all. The aircraft also carries passengers on a twice-weekly service to Hong Kong via Abu Dhabi and Frankfurt.

The model GP36 DS Envoy vans are plated for 31.5 tonnes have an interior clear load height of 3.1 (1221/4in) width of 2.45m (96in) and length of 1.04m (4ft 11in) which gives a capacity of four Jumbo containers.

To speed turnaround, Hydrroll flooring is installed in each trailer, mounted on 13mm (3/4in) plywood over closely spaced hitensile steel crossmembers pitched at 305mm (12in) centres to give a high floor strength.
