Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SPEEDING OFFENCES Four speed limiter offences led to Moss tr. Lovatt (Milk Carriers) being fined a total of 1.500 with £85 costs by the Chaster magistrates. The driver of the vehicle concerned, John Goldstraw, was fined UN with £70 costs.

LICENCE REVOKED

The six-vehicle 0-licence held by Huntly, Aberdeen-based Macconnachle International Transport has been revoked by Scottish DTC Richard McFarlane. In addition, the firm's partners, Daniel and Mary Macconnachie, have been disqualified from holding an 0-licence for 10 years. They had been called before the DIG because of a poor maintenance record and alleged breaches of the drivers hours regulations. The company and both partners were declared bankrupt last year.

UNQUALIFIED DRIVER

Fairing to produce tachograph records on demand and using an unqualified driver in an NOV led to Majors Builders Merchants (East Ham) being fined a total of £825 and ordered to pay £85 costs. The company admitted both the offences when it appeared before the Barking magistrates.

LICENCE CURTAILED Speed limiter offences have resulted in the licence held by Flint-based Flintshire Transport Services being curtailed for a period of one month by Welsh IC David Dixon. The company appeared before him at a Flint disciplinary inquiry.
