• South Milford-based haulier Eamon Williams and three of his staff have been accused of a series of drivers' hours and tachograph offences.
Williams was charged with two offences of permitting two drivers to drive for 41/2 hours without taking the necessary breaks.
Transport manager Jane Hemsley and driver Stephen Hickman also face hours and tachograph charges.
Driver David Catling pleaded guilty to exceeding 41/2 hours driving. He was fined 2100 and ordered to pay 225 prosecution costs.
