PLAXTONS has extended its Supreme body range — introduced on Bedford and Bristol chassis at the Earls CoUrt Show to the Mercedes-Benz LP0608 chassis. On the Mercedes the Supreme seats .30 passengers. including a courier's seat at the front.
Overall length is 7.5m (24 ft 6 in) and overall width is 2.3 m (7ft 6 in). There is a rear luggage locker of 2.5 cu m (90 cu ft). The body. based on the Mercedes chassis scuttle costs £5,850. The chassis costs £3,450, giving a total vehicle price of £9.300.
