A NATIONAL seminar on plans for lorry -routes is to be held in March, Mr Fred Mulley, the Transport Minister, announced in the House of Commons. Councils would be invited to send representatives to the discussions.
He added that replies to his consultation paper on lorry routes were being analysed.
