THE Tyre Manufacturers' Conference announces that, after January 31, it will not be possible to accept user rebate agreements applicable to the first annual period, which ends on May 31, 1947. The scheme in respect of which these agreements are signed relates to users purchasing tyres to an annual minimum value of 0,000.
