MaaRrrr, A.M.1.T.A., who joined the company some 18 months ago, has been confirmed in his appointment as general manager.

MR, HARRY FRANCE, of Freicheville Garage, Ltd., Sheffield, has been elected to the chairmanship of the Yorkshire Division of the Motor Agents' Association. He succeeds MR. W. H. MARSDEN. In the vice-chairmanship, Mr. France is followed by MR. C. D. LOCKEY, of Messrs. Withernsea Service Depots, Withernsea.

At the 33rd annual general meeting of Crompton Parkinson, Ltd., the chairman, MR. A. PARKINSON, M.B.E., announced that the company had' decided to establish a board of executive directors, includinL MR. R. E. P. BRIEBACH, MR. J. V. DANIEL, MR. B. MOORE, MR. A. PARKINSON, and MR. C. J. W. SCOTE.
