TREAD WITH interest the letter in your legal section: "Just doing my job" (CAI 3 February). From the employer's point of view! feel that the driver could have helped an awful lot if he had done his entire walk-round daily checks on the vehicle and trailer and then presented a comprehensive defect of the vehicle and trailer.
A constant drip feed of defects can wear everyone's patience.! personally encourage drivers to report things when they happen, no matter how small. so you do not get this type of defect.one thing after the other.
