• Global Resins of Corsham, Wiltshire has produced an unusual polymer resin that is said to reduce wear and tear on anti-roll bar bushes on any make of vehicle, from CDVs to trucks. The lining is capable of absorbing extreme wear and impacting forces.
Called Eli-Flex, its made from a tough two-component polyurethane that can be mixed and applied in 20 minutes, then cured in about 60min at 20"C (it takes twice as long at 10 C). Thereafter the vehicle can he returned to service. Global claims existing users have found hushes last three to four times longer after application, and the coating is also cheaper than changing two new bushes.
